The durable Silicone HS SP system is comprised of our 7870 series high-solids silicone roof coating. 7870 series is a single-component, moisture-cured, weather-protective coating; it meets South Coast AQMD VOC standards, and is Energy Star and Cool Roof Ratings Council (CRRC) approved. Silicone HS SP is intended for long-term protection for institutional, commercial, industrial, and high-rise/multi-family residential applications.

Is a moisture analysis required prior to the installation of Silicone HS SP?
A moisture analysis is not required, but is highly recommended prior to the start of work.
Can Silicone HS systems be applied in one pass?
Yes. Innovacoatings 7870 HS Silicone can be applied up to 45 wet mils in a single pass. For longer term warranties we recommend that 7870 be applied in two passes to ensure proper coverage.
Are seam details required for the Silicone HS SP system?
Seam details are not required; however, all seams should be inspected, and defective seams detailed with 70695 silicone mastic.
What warranties are available for Silicone HS SP?
We offer Material Only and Labor/Material Warranties for 10 and 15 year term lengths.
Do you have to be an approved applicator to install Neogard warranted systems?
You do not have to be an approved applicator to purchase material and receive a Material Warranty. You must be a Certified Applicator to receive a Labor/Material Warranty.
