System Overview
The Neogard RTS Decorative Quartz System uses PMMA/PUMA technology to provide a system which can handle the toughest environments, can return to service as soon as one hour after installation, and can be installed in temperatures down to 20°F/-7°C. The high elongation properties of the PMMA/PUMA materials do not require reinforcement typical of other similar systems.
Two versions of the system are specified: System A is a waterproofing system, and System B is ideal for applications not over occupied space. Regardless of the conditions, our RTS Decorative Quartz System will provide the protection and attractive appearance your decks need.

How long do RTS systems need to cure before opening to traffic?
The system can be opened to traffic one hour after top coat has been applied, even in cold temperatures.
What type concrete curing compounds can be used with RTS systems?
Water cure concrete or use a sodium silicate curing compound. Acrylic or other film forming compounds will create issues with bonding and must be removed.
What is the minimum temperature at which RTS systems can be applied?
RTS materials can be applied in temperatures as low as 20°F/-7°C. With special instructions it can be applied in colder temperatures.
