System Overview
Elastacryl SP uses Neogard 7251 and 7261 acrylic coatings; they are single component, water based, and elastomeric. Both 7251 and 7261 meet LEED performance requirements for low-slope roofing, and are approved by the Cool Roof Ratings Council (CRRC). They also meet VOC requirements for the South Coast AQMD. Special primers for TPO and other singly-ply materials are available to maximize the system’s adhesion.

Can Innovacoatings acrylic roof coatings withstand ponding water?
No. Innovacoatings roofing acrylics are water-based, so they cannot withstand ponding water.
Are seam details required for the Elastacryl SP system?
Yes. All seams should be detailed with 70690 urethane mastic prior to coating.
Is a moisture analysis required prior to the installation of Elastacryl SP?
A moisture analysis is not required, but is highly recommended prior to the start of work.
What warranties are available for Elastacryl SP?
We offer Material Only and Labor/Material Warranties for 10 and 15 year terms.
Do you have to be an approved applicator to install Neogard warranted systems?
You do not have to be an approved applicator to purchase material and receive a Material Warranty. You must be a Certified Applicator to receive a Labor/Material Warranty.
