System Overview
Innovacoatings TrafficTuff provides you with an easy-to-install, two-coat traffic coating solution. It uses our proven 70714/70715-09 epoxy base coat and a choice of urethane or epoxy topcoats, depending on the application. Our FC7540/FC7964 fast-cure urethane can be used for exterior, UV-exposed applications. A variety of standard colors is available, and the 7992-U aggregate provides texture for a solid grip.

How long does TrafficTuff need to cure before opening to vehicular traffic?
Typically the system may be opened to traffic 24 hours after installation. In cold temperature it may require 36-48 hours.
Can TrafficTuff be applied to slab on grade concrete?
Yes. In some conditions it is best to check moisture vapor transmission (MVT) prior to applying.
What is the minimum temperature at which TrafficTuff can be applied?
Temperature must be 50°F/10°C and rising.
Can Traffic Tuff be topcoated?
Yes. The system can receive a urethane or epoxy top coat.
