Auto-Gard Systems
Auto-Gard systems are urethane-based vehicular traffic coating systems. Our standard systems use single-component materials; fast-cure FC systems use two-component materials. We offer systems with aliphatic topcoats, a hybrid urethane/epoxy system (Auto-Gard E), and systems with integral aggregate – the T systems – which eliminate the need for on-site broadcasting of hazardous silica.
Peda-Gard Systems
Peda-Gard systems are urethane-based pedestrian traffic coating systems. Our standard systems use single-component materials; fast-cure FC systems use two-component materials. We offer systems with aliphatic topcoats, a fire-resistant system for plywood decks (FR), and systems with integral aggregate – the T systems – which eliminate the need for on-site broadcasting of hazardous silica.
RTS PMMA/PUMA Systems
Innovacoatings RTS – Return-To-Service – PMMA/PUMA systems can handle the toughest use and weather conditions. The PMMA/PUMA technology allows them to be applied in freezing temperatures. Their elastomeric and impact resistance properties give them the strength to handle severe punishment in any weather, and they provide excellent waterproofing. And, they can be opened to traffic in as little as one hour after application.
Decorative Systems
Our Decorative Peda-Gard systems provide durability and beauty. Single- and two-component urethanes comprise the base coats, color flakes or quartz provide the visual appeal and texture, and topcoats including chemical-resistant urethanes, polyaspartic, or Acrylithane provide indoor or outdoor protection against spills, impacts, UV degradation, or almost anything else.
Non-Waterproof Systems
Innovacoatings TrafficTuff and Epoxy Broadcast Overlay systems provide protection for concrete decks from light pedestrian to extreme vehicular traffic, with finished from smooth to aggressively textured. They are both epoxy-based, with optional urethane topcoats if conditions require.
Moisture Containment
Our moisture containment systems provide waterproofing protection in a variety of conditions, from TS systems for thinset tile, to below-grade slabs, to decorative water features like fountains and reflecting pools.
